Jeep Hurricane Steering Upgrade Kit v1.0

Over time the bushings, steering linkage, and crossbar on Power Wheels Jeep Hurricanes wear out causing the front end to sag and get sloppy. Steering is reduced as is fun. This kit replaces all of the moving front end steering parts. All of the existing parts very easily unscrew and swap out. On some models you will need to trim a little plastic for the steering knuckle bolt to clear. Nothing difficult.

The steering bar has been replaced with a heavier steel where the column goes through it to reduce wear over time.

The flexible white plastic knuckles have been replaced with a stronger and thicker plastic end with more strategic reinforcement.

The soft metal rivets that hold the knuckles on have been replaced with stainless steel hardware.

The box tube and bushings are OEM replacements.
